In addition to manufacturing recreation vehicles, Forest River Incorporated also has a marine and boat division, a bus, a commercial truck and trailer, a manufactured housing division, including park homes, and a cargo trailer division. Forest River’s motorhome division produces Class A diesel and gas motorhomes, as well as Class C motorhomes and their Class B+ luxury line. Their towables include lite-travel trailers, fifth wheelers, hybrid and popup towable campers, and toy haulers.
The Forest River website states, “Our large production capacity enables us to fill our customers’ orders promptly without cutting corners or rushing through production procedures. This ensures that each Forest River product is conscientiously built and undergoes thorough, detailed inspection before it’s shipped to the customer. This ensures that every family who desires quality recreation will find a Forest River product that serves their needs, interests, budget, and lifestyle. It is our mission to help all our customers enjoy their outdoor activities to the fullest.”
Northwest RV dealerships say they like Forest River because of the quality of the products for the specific needs of the Northwest. “Forest River continues to give us products that sell well here in the northwest. Specifically in part due to the insulation packages rating an R-15 and a ground clearance that matches the needs for ‘off the highway’ use.”
